Friday, 2/24, it’s The Swingin’ Kings and Tommy Castro at the Belly Up
Tavern.
Also that night, the Rhythm Jacks appear at the Encinitas Elks Lodge.
And the Cadillac Wreckers take the stage at Joltin’ Joe’s in the Gaslamp.

Saturday, 2/25, you can catch rising young blues stars Wyatt Lowe and the
Youngbloods at Humphrey’s Backstage Lounge from 5-7 p.m.

Sunday, 2/26, Deb Blake and Zero Gravity take the stage at Lacey J’s
Roadhouse in Santee from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

Monday, 2/27, KPBS broadcasts the White House tribute to the blues,
“Red,White and Blues” at 9 p.m. Featuring BB King, Buddy Guy, Jeff
Beck, Shemekia Copeland and a host of others too numerous to mention!

And for those harp players who would like to compete for the opportunity
to perform at the Spring Harp Fest on 4/7, check out the “Battle of the
Blues Harp Contenders”. It will be held at Lacey J’s in Santee on March 4
